Library services: updates

The Library is currently open to Solent students, staff and visitors.  Please bring your campus card with you to borrow items and to access the Library when the turnstiles are up.  The turnstiles are up from 5.30pm on weekdays and during weekends.

Members of the public wishing to use the Library must apply for a Visitor Pass and receive it before their first visit.  Please see the visitors guide for full details about visitor access and to complete the Visitor Pass request form.

Alumni and SCONUL subscribers: please see the Subscribers page for details of how to apply for access or use the relevant link on the left. 

Opening hours

Tuesday 2nd April 2024 - Friday 20^th December 2024

• Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 11.00pm
• Saturday to Sunday: 11.00am - 11.00pm

• Bank Holiday Monday 6^th May 2024: opening hours to be confirmed
• Bank Holiday Monday 27^th May 2024: opening hours to be confirmed
• Bank Holiday Monday 26^th August 2024: opening hours to be confirmed

Bank Holiday opening hours are likely to differ from standard hours - please check for updates.
