Use  Psychology Articles Combined and either search the indexes and search for a test on your topic of interest or filter your search results using the Test and Measures filter.

• Psychological Testing @ 153.95 - including the Mental Measurements Yearbooks and Directory of Unpublished Experimental Mental Measures
• Don't forget Statistics and SPSS on Floor 1C @ 519.

Alternatively Google the name of the test name and you should be able to find the supplier.  Unpublished tests may also be found in journal articles.
