Appointments and email support


You can make an appointment for help with RefWorks or Harvard Solent referencing.  Support is offered via an online one-to-one video call, providing flexibility to arrange a session at a time that suits you – and at the point that you need it.

Appointments can:

  • Address any specific questions you might want help with, or
  • Provide a basic introduction to how to reference or use RefWorks (or both)

Email Support

You can email for help.   Queries will be dealt with as quickly as possible but please allow up to 72 hours for a response from the Information team.   Please note that this service does not include proof reading or checking of references.
