Job Shadowing
There will be opportunities to shadow other staff in the library throughout the year. Come along to an Information Librarian session or follow another member of staff for a few days to get a feel for what they do.
Mentoring
The library has a small pool of mentors. If you would like to benefit from their skills and experience, please explore the information in the 'Mentoring Programme' section. You can then speak with your line manager about setting this up.
