This mentoring programme has been designed to facilitate Library staff with a range of areas of expertise to assist others who want to develop these skills. Our mentors have a wealth of experience in areas such as career development, leadership skills, writing and editing and much more. Our mentors come from all walks of life and work at every level in the Library, but each one has a unique set of skills and a story to match, so please discuss your interest in mentoring with your line manager and then contact Kathryn to access the Mentor profiles and find the best person to meet your needs.
As a general rule, mentoring meetings will take place once per month, for an initial 6 month period, either face to face or over Teams.
