Supporting your research

Information Librarians are able to support information and referencing queries for staff as well as students.  In addition to your Information Librarian,  Nancy Beckett-Jones the Research Librarian supports research activities, liaising with Research, Innovation and Enterprise.    More information can be found on the Solent Researcher LibGuide.

All academic staff are entitled to the following:

  • Borrowing allowance of up to 25 items at a time
  • Inter-library loans.
  • One-to-one appointments with your information librarian for help with literature searching, referencing and RefWorks
  • Access to external collections via the SCONUL Access scheme.
